Dunzo is built by Centered Team ("we", "us"). This policy describes what we collect and how we use it when you use the Dunzo app or this website.

What we collect

• Your address and home details. Used to look up public property records, build your home record, and tailor your maintenance plan.
• Photos you take in the app. Task-proof photos are stored with your home record. They are yours.
• Approximate location at proof time. Used only to confirm a proof photo was taken at your home. Optional — the app works without it.
• Account details. Email address, if you create an account for backup and sync.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your home record with anyone without your action (for example, choosing to share it with a pro).

Data retention and deletion

Your home record stays as long as your account does. You can erase your device data or delete your account and cloud backup from the app's settings at any time.

Terms of Use

Dunzo provides general home-maintenance guidance and rewards for completing tasks. It is not a substitute for professional inspection or advice — when in doubt, call a licensed pro. Points have no cash value, and reward availability varies by market. By using Dunzo, you agree to use it for your own home and to earn rewards honestly.
